Getting Started

How do I create a St. Pete’s Maids Account?

You should have received an email from your first booking. Otherwise, you can visit the account page to create one. Follow the instructions to create your account.

Do you service my area?

I hope so. Right now, we service much of the Greater Lansing Area. We are in Eaton, Ingham, and Clinton Counties.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

You can check what’s in our standard cleans by going to our checklist.

How much will it cost?

It depends on how much you need cleaned. But, first-time cleans average around $200 and then $125 every clean after that. Instead of thinking costs, think about how much you will save. How would you like 3 more hours a week?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We bring all of our own cleaning supplies. At this time, we don’t offer pure green cleaning. But, if you do want specific chemicals to be used, please let us know and we will try to make accommodations.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. On the booking page or by logging into your account, simply select the extras that you would like to add. If you have any specific tasks that you want, but aren’t listed, we can do those too. Call us at 517-319-0340 to let us know and we will simply charge our hourly rate ($35) for the extra work.

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

Visit the account page or click any email that gives you access to the account page. Then, enter your username and password. You can reset these if you don’t remember them.

How do I change my password?

You can log into your St. Pete’s Maids account and select the person icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Change Password”.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the account page. Click the link below the sign-in button that says, “Forgot Password?” Then, enter your email address. An email should be sent with a link for you to reset the password.

How do I change my address?

You can log into your St. Pete’s Maids account and select the person icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Manage Addresses”.

How do I change my credit card?

You can log into your St. Pete’s Maids account and select the person icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Billing Info”.

How do I book my first appointment?

Go to our booking page and follow the instructions on the page. Enter your name, your home size, and what you want cleaned. Lastly, enter your credit card info and hit “Book Now”. Alternatively, you can call 517-319-0340 and one of our Happy Service Team Members will help you.

Pricing & Policies

How do I use my St. Pete’s credits?

Create an account with the email your gift card was sent to. In the menu bar, select “Gift Cards” and then select “Redeemed Gift Cards”. There should be two tabs; “Active” and “Redeemed”. You can view your available credits under the “Active” tab. Then, copy the code from the gift card into the booking form.

How can I view my St. Pete’s credits?

Create an account with the email your gift card was sent to. In the menu bar, select “Gift Cards” and then select “Redeemed Gift Cards”. There should be two tabs; “Active” and “Redeemed”. You can view your available credits under the “Active” tab.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

This is just in case the job goes over in price.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Your trust is a priority of ours. That’s why we rigorously vet all of our cleaners. They go through an initial screening, two different interviews, and two weeks of training before they are ever allowed in your house with one of lead cleaning teams or a supervisor.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Please contact us here to report any issues. Our goal is 100% happiness, and we will quickly address any issues you may have. You can reach us at 517-319-0340.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

It’s our promise to make sure your home is cleaned and you’re happy. If you’re not satisfied with the job we did, we will come back out to clean it within 7 days. If you’re still not happy. We will refund your money.
